Delivery and insurance cost for delivery within Australia is $9.90 no matter how many products you order. When shopping across our other brands within your same order, you will be charged the lowest delivery fee. Charges are per order and are not based on weight.
All prices include GST. The items bought are delivered to your door by Australia Post or courier. Delivery to your door is subject to Australia Post network.
We strive to deliver every order as soon as possible. On average we will dispatch in stock orders within 2 business days of the order being placed. We dispatch weekdays and delivery times will vary depending on your distance from our dispatch point in Sydney.
For couriered items, dispatch and delivery times may vary, please contact us for further information. Please allow four weeks for despatch from order date of hampers and products that can be personalised (whether they are personalised or not) due to the complex systems involved. Pre-Authorisation for Credit Cards
When purchasing with a credit or debit card, a temporary $1 pre-authorisation charge is held by the bank to verify the credit or debit card details are valid. When your card details have been verified by the bank and your final transaction has been approved, the $1 temporary pre authorisation will be removed from your bank statement or when the expiry time has been reached (usually 7 days for MASTERCARD & VISA and 14 days for AMEX).
